Natasha Brown-McGhee





Natasha McGhee is a Cognitive Innovator on a mission to assist learners reach their full potential by providing assistance, instruction, strategies, and programming in the areas of education, social-emotional growth, and behavioral skills while fostering changes in policies that affect those in abject poverty.

With over 15 years educational experience with a decade of behavioral specialty, Natasha provides proven leadership that establishes learning environments that promote successful results for school districts, teachers, parents, and students.


Dedicated and passionate PBIS leadership that collaborates with teachers as well as some of the communities most under-served students.

Highly skilled at providing designs, plans, and delivering professional trainings for teachers and staff to implementing individualized Education Plans (IEPs) she designed, she helps students reach their personal educational and behavioral goals.

"For two years, I have served in the role of Assistant Principal at King Elementary with Ms. Brown. During this time, I have observed Ms. Brown from an evaluative viewpoint and have come to appreciate the teacher leadership skills she brings to the school. She has planned and implemented literacy nights for our parents and students. She gives extra time to the student body by mentoring a dance team for 3rd-5th grade students. More importantly, I have seen the growth of her students as she provides instructional sound practices to a wide range of student skills. Since Ms. Brown's class is made up of multiple grade levels, her job requires her to analyze the students level, plan group instruction, individualized instruction, intervention instruction, and then analyze the success of each student through multiple assessments. She extends this feedback to include support to her own professional learning community within the school and the district."
